We deliver the menus for you to prepare yourself directly to your door by 6.30 pm at the latest.

Fondue Chinoise

The meat is freshly prepared by the local butcher. You can choose from the following types of meat per 100g:

Beef, veal, lamb, pork, chicken or venison

We prepare 200g of fresh meat per person. Up to two different types of meat per 100g can be selected per person.

We provide homemade, cold sauces with the meat platter. The following sauces are available:

Cocktail, tartar, garlic, curry banana, sweet chilli or 3-pepper sauce

One 100g sauce can be selected per person.

We will also provide you with a delicious bouillon for the meat fondue, parboiled rice and French fries for you to prepare yourself in your accommodation.

Glacier fondue

A special kind of fondue experience: the best entrecôte in a homemade Café de Paris sauce.

The meat is freshly prepared by the local butcher and delivered frozen. The meat is defrosted for at least three hours before use to ensure optimum preparation over the réchaud.

We prepare 200g of the best meat per person. We also provide parboiled rice and French fries for you to prepare yourself in your accommodation.

Cheese fondue

A slice of Valais in our own ready-made cheese fondue mix from the regional show dairy. The quintessential Swiss cheese dish!

For 2 people, we charge 600g of the best Valais cheese for the exclusive house blend from our regional partner. We will also provide you with freshly baked farmhouse bread (approx. 400g) from our own bakery.
