The hearty-sweet cake made from potatoes, apples and Valais mountain cheese is just the thing after a cold day of skiing!

Homemade tarte flambée Valais-style

Allergens: gluten, egg, milk/lactose (1, 4, 7)
Ingredients: Wheat flour, olive oil, egg, salt, goat cheese, beef, apricots, onions, garlic, raclette cheese and thyme.

  • Serving, 1.2kg (1-2 persons): CHF 11.00


Homemade macaroni gratin

Vegetarian macaroni gratin with vegetables
Allergens: cereals/products containing gluten, egg, milk/lactose (1, 4, 7)
Ingredients: Macaroni, tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots, garlic, onions, flour, butter, milk, Gruyère cheese, Parmesan cheese, bread, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, Italian herbs.

  • Serving: CHF 11.00


Homemade lasagne

Allergens: cereals/products containing gluten, milk/lactose, celery/products (4, 7, 9, 10)
Ingredients: Lasagne sheets, tomatoes, carrots, celery, beef, milk, cream, cheese, butter, onions, salt, pepper, paprika

  • Serving: CHF 11.00

Baking instructions for cholera in the oven:

Cholera

  • Preheat oven to 210°C for approx. 5 minutes
  • Bake the cholera for 15 minutes at 210°C

 

Homemade tarte flambée Walliser-Style

  • Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at approx. 250°.

 

Homemade macaroni casserole

  • Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven at approx. 200°.

 

Homemade lasagne

  • Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven at approx. 200°.
