Traditional Cholera

Fillet in batter

1 portion (approx. 250g) from CHF 15.-

The finest meat from the local butcher's - wrapped in a fine puff pastry.

The choice is yours:
Beef fillet, lamb fillet, pork fillet, chicken fillet

Baking instructions in the oven:

Cholera

  • Preheat the oven to 210°C for approx. 5 minutes
  • Bake Cholera for 15 minutes at 210°C

 

Fillets in batter

  • Preheat oven to 180°C for approx. 5 minutes
  • Bake fillets in batter for 30 minutes at 180°C
