They are cultivated in the spirit of healthy and real sustainability. The harvest is almost entirely done by hand, and the oenologists of the winery are precise and meticulous in the pressing, with the aim of producing harmonious, supple and appealing wines.
Usually these wines are not intended for prolonged storage and should be enjoyed throughout the year.
