Selected Pinot Noir grapes, fermented on the skins for only a short time before being gently pressed and vinified into a fruity, lively wine. I am a feast for the eyes and the palate at the same time.

- Colour: salmon to raspberry-coloured.
- Fruit: quince, apricot
- Palate: round, fiery, full-bodied
- Shelf life: 2 to 3 years
- Temperature: 10 to 12 °C
- Bottle size: 75 cl
- Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Summer dishes, mushroom in cream sauce, sweetbreads or chops, cold meat platter, Asian cuisine, salade nicoise, cold cuts, grilled sardines.
