The chalky soils in the middle sites around Leuk offer my noble grape variety an ideal terroir so that I can unfold full of nobility, elegance and harmony. I am a real treat for the palate!

Guinea fowl with morels, roast beef, beef chops, duck breast, chateau briand, tournedos, lamb gigot, rack of lamb, goes well with any dignified meal.
