The Valais offers a second home to my grape variety, which originates from the Rhone Valley in France. It thanks me with wonderfully peppery, spicy and fruity notes. I am a cru full of southern vigour.
This is what distinguishes me:
- Colour: purple red with violet reflections.
- Fruit: spicy, black pepper
- Palate: noble, powerful, racy
- Shelf life: 8 to 10 years
- Temperature: 16 to 18°C
- Bottle size: 75 cl
- Alcohol content: 13,5% Vol.
